Hud pretending to be daddy.I haven't posted in forever! Every time I think that we are busy... things just get busier and crazier. We are all doing great. I can not believe how big my sweet little babies are getting. As much as I want them to be independent (and diaper free) I can't help but want to just freeze time. They are absolutely the lights of our life.
Hudson will be 15 months next week! He runs every where! We don't get much of a break with our little man. He definitely keeps us on our toes. He is exploring everything... noises, bugs, drawers, under things, over things, outside, inside... you name he's checked it out. He says all kinds of things... dad, momma, Hadley (Addee), uh oh, uf uf (for dog), ba ba, yes, na na (no), ock (sock), hi, bye bye, buh (for ball), tries to say cracker and tries to repeat everything we say. When he "talks" to you it's like you are really having a conversation. He gets so into what he's saying, it's too funny. He loves Hadley! He can't walk past her or leave the room without giving her a couple of big wet kisses or blowing her a kiss. When she is on the floor, he has to be right next to her showing her how to do everything (or taking what ever she has). :) He is so smart and witty, we think that he is absolutely amazing.
Hadley will be 4 months next week! I swear she was just in my belly the other day kicking up a storm. She is going to be starting baby cereal/rice very soon. Oh great... 4 mouths to feed plus 2 dogs! :) She laughs and smiles like no baby I have ever seen. She has the biggest dimples and is in love with her big brother. He can always make her smile. When she cries, which isn't that often, she has the biggest poutiest bottom lip just like Hudson. She wants so bad to stand and can when she is holding our fingers. She loves being close to mommy or daddy. Hadley is the most amazing sleeper. She has been sleeping from around 8:30 to almost 7:00! I wish that I got that much sleep. Her personality comes out more and more each day. She is so happy and beautiful, we are so lucky to have our little Had.
I'm counting down the days until summer break (38 to be exact). I can't wait to spend my days with my 2 favorite kids. :)
